Up next in the grocery store category is the amazingly resilient Ingles Markets! All items on this list were purchased without any sponsorships.

• Harvest Farms Organic Tortilla Chips - Available in blue and white corn, and not an uncommon sale item!

• Pamela's Gluten Free Cookies - Some of my favorite gluten free cookies, especially the chocolate chips!

• Walker's Shortbread Cookies are another one of my go-to gluten free options. Again, the chocolate chips are definitely worth trying!

• Reed's and Boylan ginger ale – These are two of my favorite ginger ale brands. Both have plastic-free packaging (unless you count the can liner, but Reed's also has some products in glass bottles), contain real ginger, and Reed's has organic options.

• Milton's Cauliflower Crust Pizza – The best gluten free frozen pizzas I have found, and with some of the best customer service! The Four-Cheese Margherita is my usual choice. Three of these I purchased recently were missing tomato sauce, so I contacted Miltion's. They responded quickly and mailed coupons to replace them!

• If Milton's pizzas are unavailable, Caulipower is a good alternative.

• Italpizza – If you don't need gluten free, these large breadtangles are made in Italy with a fermented crust. These may be the best value for amount of pizza for the price.

• Harvest Farms Wood-Fired Pizza – These are also made in Italy with a fermented crust.

• Nature's Bakery Fig Bars – Gluten free and available in blueberry and raspberry! They come in a box of 6 individually wrapped packs of 2 bars, for 12 bars total.

• Alexia frozen fries - Many options, but the organic Oven Crinkles are my choice. They're great with some added pepper!

• Welly First Aid Kits – I mentioned these in my list of Affordable and Useful Gifts. Ingles is a good place to purchase them, though they do not stock the bandage refills (yet.)

• Need a bag of ice? Ingles provides some of the best value on bagged ice I have found, offering a 10 pound bag for $2.18 and a 20 pound bag for just under $4, which is what some retailers charge for bags smaller than 10 pounds!

• Need a fast way to replenish your paper napkin stash? I find that Ingles has the best prices on packs of paper napkins, especially if the Laura Lynn pack of 120 is on sale for 88 cents.
